Just Purchased MSI N560GTX-Ti

I'm currently running a Sapphire 6870 in 10.6.8

I just purchased an MSI TwinFrozr PE/OC 448 core to improve my video editing capabilities.

I'm aware that the 5XX cards only function in Lion. I'm purchasing Lion tonight, and planning on upgrading.

Are there any things I should know before installation? I'm not looking to do a fresh/clean install of Lion (this is likely not recommended), but I simply do not want to re-install all my applications.

I currently have 10.6.8 on my SSD with the majority of my home folder symlinked to my HDD. Will this pose a problem?

If don't want throw your money out the window, wait for ML. Probably it will be released tomorrow and you can upgrade from SL if you want.
