just downloaded ML - shows version 1.3.18 - is this 10.8.2 or no?

i just downloaded ML and i cant tell if its 10.8.2. i would like to install 10.8.2 right off the bat so i dont have to bother updating. can someone please help me out? thanks.

also its 4.4gbs in size and the ML on the app store says its 4.07. im not sure whats going on here but id like to figure this out before i install. by the way i purchased mountain lion about 2 months ago but i just downloaded another copy for the unibeast install. i was under the impression that it should give me the latest version, no?

My 10.8.0 install app (which I made sure to make a copy to keep before re-downloading Mountain Lion from the app store) is 4,370,518,892 bytes (4.37 GB on disk) and has a creation date of July 5, 2012 2:14 AM

My 10.8.2 install app is 4,396,617,824 bytes (4.4 GB on disk) and has a creation date of September 18, 2012 6:19 PM

Since yours is 4.4 GB it is probably 10.8.2, but the creation dates may be a better clue here.

The 1.3.18 version number you see is the version number of the installer itself rather than what it will install.
