if you already have access to the App Store and have purchased a copy of OS X Mountain Lion then get yourself a 8GB or higher USB flash drive and follow the UniBeast 1.5 Mountain Lion guide (it's more or less the same as what everyone did to prepare a USB to install OSX Lion).
if you do not have any access to a working Mac or Hackintosh then your only alternative is to purchase a Retail Mac OS X Snow Leopard DVD and follow the iBoot + MultiBeast guide (see the Guides section under Articles). This will allow you to access the App Store (assuming that you have an internet connection of course !)
i hope you already have access to a working Mac or Hackintosh though because iBoot+MultiBeast will be challenging on the Intel Z77 chipset
