Has anyone installed Sonoma on a GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H system?

The Ivy Bridge / Sandy Bridge CPUs used with this motherboard lack the crucial AVX 2.0 instructions, and even if you have a supported AMD graphics card like the RX 580, you still won't be able to run Sonoma / Ventura (well) since the AMD graphics drivers in Sonoma / Ventura requires AVX 2.0. And the integrated GPU is not supported either.

Personally I would recommend you stay with a supported OS like MacOS Monterey with this motherboard.

If you insist on trying to run Sonoma with this motherboard, you may have to use OCLP (OpenCore Legacy Patcher).
