I've two strange issues

I have the same issue as well with my almost same HP laptop. I believe it's a power supply circuit issue. Not really a big problem.

Sorry for posting a confusing reply. Yes, I also have the same power button issue. I have to press the button twice to turn the laptop on. Which is, of course, a completely different issue to my QE not working. I think HP is designing their laptops cheaply these days...
