ITunes 10.3.1 crashing shortly after launch.

Tried everything, reinstalled iTunes, reinstalled 10.6.8 combo update, repaired permissions...

System is p67a-ud3-b3
I7-2600
Intel ssd
Gtx-260
Dsdt and BIOS are all up to date.

Any thoughts, recomendations?

I encountered exactly the same problem.
Finally I solved the problem.

So this is probably the solution.

1. Delete "url-resolution.plist"
/Library/Caches/com.apple.itunesstored/url-resolution.plist

(These are Network settings. (Sysytem Preference's))
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.network.identification.plist
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist

2. Reboot and set up network settings.

3. Reboot

4. Then, Launch iTunes

Thanks.

I'll give that a try tomorrow and report back.

Ty

Unfortunately that did not work.

iTunes is still crashing shortly after it starts up. Everything else works fine though.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks

Ty.

Here is the terminal command I used
Code:
sudo rm -Rf /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.network.identification.plist /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist /System/Library/Caches/* ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes*

I don't know how it did work.

Mmm, then Try OnyX and run "Cleaning" things.
Maybe it will fix your problem.
