Issue Dual Booting Yosemite and Windows 10

I have a PC with two storage drives one 240 SSD and one 500 7200RPM HDD. I installed windows on the SDD and it was working fine. I then go and install Yosemite on the HDD after two days finally got it working. Now when I try and boot windows I just get an error message asking for me to repair windows, y inserting the disk. I put in the usb drive and it won't let me do anything any ideas?

What changes did you make in BIOS to get OS X working? Change it back for Windows or re-install Windows with the OS X BIOS settings.
