I remember that in the past TRIM wasn't work well.
When 10.10 released i used MB to enable TRIM and mac didn't work (kext singing) so i installed "Chameleon SSD Optimizer" and it works fine.
Today i had a problem so i needed to reinstall mac and this time Chameleon SSD Optimizer didn't work as well as "TRIM Enabler" so i did it by MB.

My question-
Is it works now well by MB? should i set other things on MB in addition to "3rd Party SATA" and "TRIM Enabler- 10.10.x TRIM Patch" ?

Yes, the MultiBeast TRIM option is working.

I recommend you read page 3 of the MultiBeast Features document, page 3. You shouldn't use EasyBeast for your system - use DSDT-Free instead.
EasyBeast is for Core 2, Core i or Xeon systems with no native CPU Power Management.

So i'll do what you told me to do and thats it?
