Please Help!, First Build - Asus P8B75-M LE

Hi guys, i'd like to know if it'll work before I attempt to do something stupid and f**k up my machine.
And if it does can anybody point me in the right direction (Tools, DSDT, etc.).

OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
Case: Sentey SS2-2200
