can't boot to installer

HP 15-r005na laptop, Intel Core i3-3217U with Intel HD Graphics 4000.Intel HM76 Express.

im trying to install sierra , never done this before ,

tried different USBs

EFI , Legacy , USB formatted as MBR

but still can't even boot to the installer , what am i doing wrong?
