is this descent Geekbench score? (i7 2600K)

Gents, so even though I've bought me a mini server, i couldn't keep myself from converting my i7 Windows rig into OSX

My mini gets 8800 score (i7 Mobile with 8GB ram)

Here is the score for my Build:

Z68X-UD3R-B3 8GB RAM i7 2600

For some reason, even though the score seems to be pretty descent, when I'm encoding in Handbrake it's slower than my Mini? how come?

Hyper 212+ in a Lian-Li PC-7B with 4 Panaflo case fans (front and side in, rear and top out)

I idle in OSX at around 29-30C and Prime95 stress test load at 67-75C (max). Normal load (like video editing/encoding) I get to around 65C.
