Ram: 2x4Gb DDR3 Corsair vengeance
MoBo: asrock z97m OC Formula
SSD: samsung 850 pro Sata
GPU: Gygabite 780 reference

Can i install mojave?

You have a GTX 780 graphics card? Then I think so, your system should work with Mojave. But I think Sierra or High Sierra would be a safer option for now as installation tools for them are available on here.
