Is this a Kernel Panic? What do I do?

looks like something to do with lssave. Could be many reasons but I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens frequently
 
It happens every 30 minutes or so
 
Try Resetting Launch Services,

open terminal and copy /paste this and press enter, then restart.
