Recently i had purchased a new Lenovo Laptop. Specs are as below;

Model : Lenovo Z50-70 (59-429601)
CPU : Intel Core i5 (4210U, Haswell)
Chipset : QM87
System Memory : 4GB DDR3
Graphics : Intel HD Graphics 4400
Supported Resolution : 1920x1080x32
Audio : Haswell-ULT HD Audio Controller
WI-FI : RTL8723BE
LAN : RTL8111/RTL8168

I have installed OS X 10.9 Mavericks on this laptop with the help of kernel patching guide by RehabMan. And successfully installed Multibeast as boot loader. It is booting perfectly now. Graphics and LAN are enabled by default installation.

But, i am unable to kexts for Audio and WI-FI.

Kindly guide me how to enable both Audio & WIFI.

Thanks In Advance,

FYI: You should consider Clover... http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...oting-os-x-installer-laptops-clover-uefi.html

Audio: Best result with patched AppleHDA. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide'. Search for suitable AppleHDA or patch it yourself. Apply appropriate DSDT patches.

DSDT patches you need for AppleHDA: https://github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch
Apply: "Audio Layout 12" (change layout-id from 12 to the layout-id used by the patched AppleHDA)
Apply: "IRQ Fix"

Determine layout-id from patched AppleHDA.kext:

First you need to know your codec id in decimal. Then look in the Info.plist for AppleHDAHardwareConfigDriver.kext (in PlugIns), find your codec id under HDAConfigDefault (there may be many entries in a sloppy patched AppleHDA or only one). The LayoutID that matches your codec id is the layout id you need.

WiFi: Depends on having compatible hardware. Use DPCIManager->PCI List to find out what you have. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

Thanks RehabMan for your fast response with suitable guides. I will try with these suggested guides and will update the status soon here. Expecting your kind help while moving foreword as well.

Hi RehabMan,
In this Laptop i am planning to install Windows 8/8.1 too as i don't have all hardware functionality in OS X currently. Can you please suggest whether i should have to go with Clover UEFI/Multibeast Boot Loader??

Thanks In Advance,

I recommend Clover. Clover can boot Windows in UEFI.
