Is there a possible way to use a Blu Ray Drive in the GA-Z77X-UP5 TH or any hackintosh?

I have a GA-Z77X-UP5 TH and plan to install a Blu Ray Drive in the near future? I know there is a Macgo's Blu Ray Player to play the blu ray. Any suggestions?
