is there a difference to buy different makes of radeon 7 ?

hi
getting ready for my first build. gonna use gigabyte
DESIGNARE , radeon 7 , i9 intel, etc.

on amazon uk i see different makes of radeon 7 cards, cheapest gigabyte AMD for £670 and safire for £722 ...
are these the same for should i go for the more expensive ? the build is for stable pro 4k - 6k video editing.

They're all a reference design built by AMD (or by someone hired by AMD), and even though they're sold through competing brands it's all the same hardware. (There is a thread around here somewhere where someone who has had problems with the card noted that all the successes are with one brand, and suggested there could be firmware differences, but I haven't seen evidence of this yet.)

MAYBE there will be competitive versions from other vendors coming to market, but the rumor mill is suggesting that this might not happen.
