Is SMB sharing really broken in Lion?

Ive been trying for a couple of days to get SMB/Windows sharing working from my Lion rig to my devices (2 other windows 7 PCs, Xbox 360, PS3 and a few original xboxes running xbmc)..

No Luck, I've enabled the shares on the mac, selected the folders etc...i even tried SMBup/Samba 3...no devices can see the mac...i read that apple re-wrote Samba for themselves for Lion and now its all messed up, any fixes out there?

Check your firewall settings.

Firewall is off in Mac OS and firewall on DD-WRT router is the same as it ever was when i had sharing 100% working from Windows 7.
