Hello, I wanna know if my PC could run Mac OS Sierra
My hardware is:
MB: GA z170xp-SLI
CPU: i5 6500
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengueance 2600Mhz (x2)

If it is, how do I start?
I don't have a Mac, so, it exist some way to do it in Windows? (donwnload Sierra and create the booteable USB)
Or can I create e virtual Mac and then download Sierra and use unibeast without a problem?

Your system looks like it can run macOS fine.

You need a friend or relative who has a Mac or hackintosh to help you download Sierra from the App Store and help you make UniBeast USB flash drive.

The only way would be to purchase a copy of the Snow Leopard DVD from Apple and start from there...
