It is possible to run MacOS on a X99 system like yours. I have a X99 system myself and I run Yosemite / El Capitan / Sierra / High Sierra on it.

Your system should be compatible with the same operating systems I run on my X99 system, but not the latest Mojave due to the lack of Nvidia web drivers. However, if you are planning to install MacOS on your SM951 SSD (NVMe), then you can only use High Sierra since only High Sierra (and Mojave) has the necessary third party NVMe SSD support.

Thanks a lot for your answer my friend, so I'm starting preparing the needing tools to do it.
