Is it safe to update?

Got a fresh install of High Sierra Version 10.13.1 with Nvidia graphics and wifi working.
Sorry for being a noob, but is it safe to do this update?

@crackhead226, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).
