Is it possible to install HS on a Kabylake-U Celeron 3865U on MB Shuttle XPC Nano NC03U?

Should we include some barebones advices alongside the advised motherboards in Customac ?

Is it possible to install High Sierra on a Kabylake-U Celeron 3865U on a Motherboard & Case Shuttle XPC Nano NC03U?
This is the configuration I am thinking about (should I go for it, or should I leave it?) :
- CPU : Kabylake-U Celeron 3865U ;
- Case and Motherboard and Chipset (do you know if Shuttle is using custom chipset or regular Intel ones ?) : Shuttle XPC Nano NC03U ;
- RAM : Crucial 8GB Single DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) SR x8 SODIMM 260-Pin Memory 1.2 Volts - CT8G4SFS8213 ;
- HDD : WD Black 1TB Performance Mobile Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 32MB Cache 9.5 MM 2.5 Inch - WD10JPLX ;
- SSD (optional for me because expensive) : Samsung 960 EVO Series - 250GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V6E250BW) ;
I provide you the links of all those here so that you can make up your mind, and thanks :

HD610 not supported.

ok, a Celeron is not a good idea for HS.
And what about a U Core i3-7100U with HD620 (not HD630) ?
This CPU is included in this barebone, therefore would it be a better solution, but will it work or not :
- Shuttle NC03U3 : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06X9CJCV9/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

You're likely to have better results with the i3-7100U/HD620.
Probably will need to replace the WiFi board.

You should look at Intel NUC7 also (my guide already available).
