Everything else looks good, but the 750W PSU is WAY overkill, and you'll find that 60GB SSD becomes cramped very quickly. My recommendation is to buy a smaller PSU (500-600W should be plenty for that configuration) and use the money you saved on it for a larger SSD, at least 120GB. Also, I would stick with the recommended SanDisk Extreme or Micron M4 SSD and not that Kingston; not that I've heard anything bad about Kingston SSDs, but because I've had good experiences with the SanDisk and Micron.

Should work including the GT640 with Mountain Lion. However, your motherboard GA-Z77M-D3H has unsupported audio (VIA). You might be able to make it work using VoodooHDA in MultiBeast, but it is hit and miss and may not work reliably. You may need to get a USB audio device if you use that motherboard.

I'm not familiar with that motherboard (I guess it isn't available in the US), but the specs look good.

Yes, I think this motherboard should work. But if you can accept ATX motherboards then there are more choices such as the GA-Z77-HD3 / GA-Z77-HD4 / GA-Z77-DS3H if you can find them.

Did you install the appropriate drivers using MultiBeast?

Now I already install Mountain lion successful

Graphic work
Audio work
Boot work

install unibeast first , copy extra folder and then install MultiBeast
graphicenabler = no
no dsdt
and chimera


but if try upgrade to 10.8.3 continue to sleep when boot
and cannot connect with usb flashdrive or externaldrive anyway
