Is High Sierra completely useless without QE/CI?

As you probably know from my other posts, I'm using a HP laptop which is impossible to get the graphics working even with compatible specs. I tested HS yesterday and I get severe glitches on Safari. Should I quit hackintoshing my laptop?

You still running without QE?
Easy way to solve problems with stubborn laptop: Sell it, buy easier/more compatible one.

Yes. Still after 12 months trying to fix this memory-like problem. I will look into a ProBook. And of course, never Broadwell again!
