Is AirPlay Mirroring possible?

I have everything working on my hackintosh except airplay mirroring.

I can AirPlay an iTunes video to my Apple TV from iTunes but I cannot AirPlay my screen.

I am on 10.12.1 and I have a graphics card: 980Ti.

Do you have full Handoff/Continuity and applewatch unlock working?

I have a GTX 680 that's working OOB with native Apple drivers and even I can't get Airplay Mirroring

AirPlay Mirroring does not use the discrete GPU, it uses the Intel HD graphics because it uses QuickSync.

thanks but I followed the directions and it still does not work.
After looking threw the comments, no one has gotten it to work on the skylake system
