I'm running 10.8.4 on an MSI P43T-C51 board and use a Magic Mouse and Wireless Keyboard with a GBU521 bluetooth dongle (chipset BCM20702A0). Everything works well until I try sleep. Upon waking, the fans spin up and I see the power LED, however I get no visual and the PC goes back to sleep within a minute. Then I have to force shutdown.

Here is the Console output during waking:
Code:

18/07/2013 12:06:25.000 kernel[0]: [AppleBluetoothHCIControllerUSBTransport::ClearFeatureBulkEndpointHalt] DeviceRequest failed 0xE00002ED.

When the Bluetooth dongle is unplugged, there is no such issue and the OS wakes up fine. Can you give me some clues on how to diagnose this?

Some info about my build:
  • MSI P43T-C51 board (ICH10 chipset)
  • GUID disk1: disk1s1 is 200MB EFI partition containing Chameleon; disk1s2 contains a Vanilla install of OS X 10.8.4
  • Chameleon modules: FileNVRAM.dylib, KernelPatcher.dylib
  • Additional kexts: FakeSMC.kext, AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext, ALC885.kext (provides correct layouts to AppleHDA), MSIRTC.kext (patched AppleRTC), MSIUSBHub.kext (patched AppleUSBHub to disable overcurrent message)
  • Boot plist attached just in case

Try to patch AppleIntelCPUPowermanagment.kext using multibeast 5.4.0. It should take care of most powermanagement issue.
