I just started getting this error after some apple/Itunes update....

Is there any other way to fix this without having another machine?

I noticed that the Sandbox.kext I had prior to upgrading to 10.7.3 has the version 177.3, while the Sandbox.kext installed by the 10.7.3 upgrade has the version 165.3.
The problem disappeared for me after having replaced Sandbox.kext 165.3 with Sandbox.kext 177.3 ( + repairing permissions and rebuilding caches).

Your hardware is too new to be supported in Lion.
If you are not running Lion you are posting in the wrong forum.
