Introduction

Hi all,
I didn't see a place for introduction so here I am.
I am an aspiring artist. For a living I repair and rebuild packaging equipment. (Carton sealers, pallet wrappers, L-sealers[they wrap dvd's in that annoying plastic].
I will be using my computer for Animating using a variety of programs mostly Maya and TVPaint.
I have been having issues with drivers in Win 7 and my Cintiq. I know other windows users have the same problem, but none of my mac friends have this issue. I want to partition my hdd and rock both. I still need Windows because 3DS Max doesn't run on Mac OS.
I am going to search through the guides and find the right one for me.

Thanks. Great to be here. Is there a place to ask questions regarding what guide to use in a specific situation. I know enough about computers to get me into biggggg trouble. But not enough to always get out.

I was wondering if this could be used with Lion

And would I already need Mac installed on the hdd?

If so, would I be able to use Lion with the iBoot guide?
What would be the case if I decided to use two hdd one for each os?

I will keep searching for an answer and maybe a better place to put these questions, but at least I can copy and paste from here so I don't forget what I want to ask.
