No, it won't work out of the box. Apple use the I225-LM chip not the I225-V chip, so a spoof would be required as a minimum, depending on the version of macOS you are running.
You might want to look at buying a Realtek 2.5GB Ethernet card, much cheaper than that Intel card.
I have 5 x NICGIGA Realtek 2.5GB Ethernet cards linked above. I have had no issues in macOS using these cards running Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma with the attached LucyRTL8125Ethernet-V1.1.0.kext created by Mieze -
