Internal display show a quarter of original resolution on HP Folio 9470m running Sierra

Here is my laptop information:
- HP Folio 9470m
- Ivy Bridge Intel Core i7-3687U
- HD Graphics 4000
- Resolution 1600x900

It's running perfectly on El Capitan.
Then I've just installed Sierra on it. On internal display, it's stretched up and displays a quarter of original screen (1600x900). I tried to plug external screen, full HD screen shows as normal.

Can you please tell me where this issue comes from? And how to fix it?
