Interface lags with AMD Sapphire RX 6900 XT Toxic LE

Hi everyone!
I have a mac os interface lag issue. This manifests itself in delays when scrolling windows, selecting a DOC panel shortcut, or minimizing / maximizing application windows. I have a video card with device-id 0x73AF (XTXH chip). I used the spoffing method in order for card to work. Changed device-id to 0x73BF. The problem manifests itself randomly, does not depend on open applications or the load on the system. The problem manifests itself on different versions of MacOS (BigSur\Monterey\Ventura)
The current version of MacOS is 13.3.1.
My configuration:
Ryzen 3800X
Gigabyte X570UD
32 Gb Ram Kingstone Fury (2x16)
SSD M2 Samsung EVO 970 - 512 gb
Sapphire RX 6900 XT Toxic LE

Update:

1. Create correct SSDT-BRG0 table
2. Set up a named frame buffer
3. Added to the bootloader OC Power Play Table

Progress has been made in terms of performance. The interface began to lag much less often.
But i still see poor performance in games
Also OpenCL Score in geekbanch - 30385
Metal Score - 230000
