Intel's roadmap has "leaked" one weak ahead of its announcement.
There will be a Raptor Lake Refresh, which guarantees that we'll be able to build hackintoshes with current Intel CPUs until at least 2024 and the next "Lake". (Whether this will be worthwhile and/or reasonable is another issue.)
No W780 or Q770 chispets: 600-series is here to stay, alongside 700-series.
Sapphire Rapid Xeons for HEDT are coming. First W-2400 with 64 PCIe lanes and 4 RAM channels (max. 2 TB) in early Q1, then W-3400 with 112 lanes and 8 channels (max. 4 TB). Same W790 chipset for both. No 32 cores CPU to make the most of macOS limitation to 64 threads.
There will also be a C741 chipset (succeeding C621A) for dual socket systems.
