You mean the Core i7 6950X? Or the Core i7 6900K? Either one is a Socket 2011-3 CPU used with X99 motherboards.
There is no native support for the X99 platform in MacOS. However, it seems that a number of people have success in running MacOS on a X99 system. So you may search for related threads in the forum to see for yourself.
