I have a motherboard with G945 Chipset and ICH7 southbridge.
I can't install any update of Snow Leopard (max 10.6.3) so my SL is limited (no AppStore... etc).
How can I bypass this fu**ing SATA controller which is not compatible?
Can I buy a firewire PCI card and an external dock with a firewire connection to boot SL from it?
