Intel i7-9750H, can't boot to macOS Setup!

Hi everyone:
I have installed macOS to many PCs before. Recently, I got a new laptop, and it's been a a week since I am trying to install macOS but still failing.

Computer Specifications:
Intel Core i7-9750H processor.
Intel HM370 Motherboard.
24GB memory(16GB 2666 + 8GB 1600)
Geforce RTX 2060 GPU.

I've tried vanilla and custom Catalina, Mojave and High Sierra but was not successful. Not sure why. Maybe because I am a noob???

BTW, if anyone can build the config.plist for me, that will be really great.
