CPU: Intel Core i5-7400
Mainboard: Lenovo 36D9
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 8GB DDR4

I want to know if it's compatible with El Capitan.

No, your CPU and graphics card are not supported in El Capitan. You need MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 or High Sierra 10.13.6 (but not the latest 10.14 Mojave since Nvidia has not released web drivers for the Pascal GPUs like your 1050 Ti).

I would also recommend you check the BIOS of your system to see if the required BIOS options in the Installation Guide are available. Otherwise you may not be able to install MacOS.
