Intel HD530 support on sierra?

I tried my first hackintosh build using sierra right after it was released and I had some trouble getting my HD530 igpu to work, there were some issues with stuttering animations. I then downgraded to el capitan and it's working fine now. Is there still an issue with sierra or was it fixed? I don't want to install it again just to see it's still buggy and then have to downgrade again.
