I have just setup High Sierra on a DIY fanless PC using i5-4250U. After the installation, it seem the VRAM can only be discovered for 10M, but, I have allocated for 128M in BIOS.

ig-platform-id: 0x0a26106B
fakeid: 0x59128086
I have installed the Lilu.kext and IntelGraphicsFixup.kext in EFI partition

Can anyone advise how to solve for it?

Millions Thanks,

Do not use FakeID.
Use ig-platform-id 0x0d220003.

Use ig-platform-id 0x0d220003.
Is it FakeID:0x0?
If I do not use FakeID, it cannot boot up.
Using ig-platform-id 0x0d220003, VRAM is still 10M

Desktop HD5000 requirements:
- config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=true
- config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id=0x0d220003
- config.plist/Devices/FakeID/IntelGFX=0
- BIOS DVMT-prealloc 64mb
- digital connection to your monitor (VGA not supported)
- VT-d disabled or use dart=0

Note: Your profile seems to indicate you have hardware that is NOT HD5000.

Hi RehabMan, follow your suggestion to modify the config.list, the startup with -v is stopped with this message:
considerRebuildOfPrelinkedKernel prebuild rebuild has expired

On the other hand, if I change back the value of FakeID/IntelGFX=0x59128086, it can boot up but, it still got 10M vram

Any suggestion on it?

NOTE: my profile GTX980 is my existing setup, and this is a new project/desktop for me...

Here is the "Problem Reporting" files, but, I use the ig-platform-id:0x0A26106B and FakeID:0x59128086 in order that my system can be boot up.

Milions thanks for your help!!

ig-platform-id 0x0a26106b is invalid. So is 0x59128086 as FakeID.
FakeID not needed.
Use valid ig-platform-id (such as 0x0d220003).
