Intel HD3000 1920x1080 internal lcd solution?

hi,
i need to use internal lcd resolution of 1920x1080 in a laptop with hd3000. Is there any trick i can apply to dsdt/kext ?

Try adding this in that chimera boot.plist in the extras folder (make it look like the rest of the keys and strings)
<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1920x1080x32</string>


or type "Graphics Mode"=1920x1080x32 on the bootloader screen when your computer boots up.

Not sure this works, but I'm seeing you asking this everywhere so give it a shot. If it doesn't work or screws up your screen, delete it from the plist to go back to normal.

hi, unfortunately i tried it but it doesn't work. The problem is that monitor settings (in system preferences) gives me 1920x1080 but the screen is half with wrong colours.
isn't it possible to add a dsdt trick to give me 1920x1080 resolution on internal display for hd3000? external display works flawlessly at 1920x1080 so it's not an hd3000 problem...just an edid/efi-string problem i guess!
Please may anyone give me a solution for this problem?
