its seams i only have 2 options go standard with 1360x768 and the display macosx is ugly
or go with 1024x768 for me this remind me of old big PCs.

So what is the solution?

Your profile says your native laptop display is 1366x768 which is what I see in the screen shot (not 1360x768). Why would you expect something different?

The only way to change it would be to replace your screen with a different one. It is a limitation of your LCD hardware.

Ok so ... I'm stick 1366x768
Omg,, i hate big icons , and bars.
Icons not problem we make them smaller , but the up bar ?
Do you know some trick, make smaller the finder bar?

I don't know what 'up bar'/'finder bar' you're referring to...
 
That is the system menu bar. As far as I know, no way to resize it.
