Intel GMA HD graphics

Hello.

I have a really hard time to find a solution for my graphic card.
I have a Dell 1764 laptop, I have installed successfully but I can only have the native resolution 1024x768, but I need at least 1280 to run Final cut.

Is there anything I can do to get this resolution??

Processor: intel Core I5-430M 2.26 GHz
Chip-set: Intel HM55
Graphics: Intel GMA HD


Graphics System info:

BUS: Built-in
VRAM: 64 Mb of Shared System Memory
Vendor: Intel (0x8086)
