Have you installed Heliport app to your applications folder, as Itlwm.kext needs Heliport app to work correctly.
The native Apple WiFi preference pane won't work with Itlwm.kext, as the WiFi network connection is treated as if it were an Ethernet connection. So your WiFi SSID will not be visible in the Apple WiFi section.

If you want to use the native Apple WiFi preference pane, you need to install AirportItlwm.kext, specifically the release for Big Sur.
There are many different versions of this kext one for each of the most recent releases of macOS. So you need to make sure you use the correct version for the release of macOS you are using.
