Installed Chimera via MB 3.5.
Selected 32-bit Apple Boot Screen & Chameleon Instant Menu option.
With that I am stuck at the Chameleon boot screen, I see the list of available boot devices but keyboard (using apple USB keyboard) selection does not work at all - cannot select a specific device or initiate boot.
What am I doing wrong here?

Try to restart a couple of times,
your USB-Keyboard might be not recognized,
u can also try to replug the keyboard in another usb-port.

(It helped me :) )

Sorry, that didn't help....
Everything worked fine under an older version Chameleon 2.

Thx

Have you got USB Keyboards enabled in your BIOS (I think that's for DOS support but it might help).

Also have you tried iBoot ?

Yes it sounds like legacy USB support is disabled in BIOS.

OP can you enter BIOS upon booting and check?

I'm having the same problem, i have tried different ports with the usb keyboard, my bt apple keyboard doesn't work. I had no problem with the other chameleon boot loader or i don't have a problem booting off the the boot disk, the usb keyboard works fine. And now my machine is stuck on the Instant menu and I can't boot!
