Installing Siarra on a Precision T3500

Has anyone seen this on Siarra when trying to boot from the USB to OSX?? when I boot it looks like it will boot by showing the apple logo and then it shows code on the screen like shown in my picture. and will just stay there and not move. any ideas?? or has anyone seen this??
