Installing OS X with out deleting all partitions ?

Hi,
I ve got laptop from my friend he want to have OS X but want to have Windows too.
So my question is : Is there any way how to install OS X without deletiong all partitions ? I ve allready created Mac OS Extended (journaled) partition but i cant install to it installation give me error "Cant boot from this disk".

OS X is not well behaved with disks partitioned by other than OS X Disk Utility, but there are things you can check/do.

So i again created os x partition but now i cant boot to installation because of USB 3. I stuck on still waiting for device. On my laptop i fixed this by flashing unlocked BIOS and dissabling USB 3 but he dont want to flash BIOS. Is there any another way ? As load kext what will fix this ?

Try using GenericUSBXHCI.kext.
 
So i booted from installation drive but when i am trying to earse volume what i made for OS X i getting error not enought space and when i try to repair disk i get message Disk disk contain EFI......
So when i delete EFI partition will installation work ? (Efi is not needed if it will work).
