I eventually got everything going but do anyone have DSDT?

This system would work good with that. I'm trying MountainLion next.

Took awhile to get the Ethernet working.

SATA doesn't see DVDROM (SATA) when booting off SATA HDD, it took me 5~ months to get off that USB external thanks to your kext.

use UniBeast - Lion 1.5.3 to build a Lion 10.7.4 bootable usb stick , then replace the IOATAFamilly.kext in yourusb/System/Library/Extensions , then reboot and you can go to the installer as well.

UPDATE !! BIOS WITH AHCI ENABLED ...
I have patched A04 Bios for DELL Inspiron 620S and i got AHCI option enabled ...
I Have installed OSX Lion on my HDD and it works fine ...
(You must flash Bios from Windows)

Any chance of getting a modified BIOS for the 620, minus the "s" for slim??? I tried to install the one you posted, but it never installed. I'm thinking because it's a different model, Mini-Tower vs Slim version.

What Kext's do you used to load OSX ?

i added AppleIntelPIIXATA2.kext.zip but it still can load installation screen, looks like Network is not working and block the process.

This is what my Screen shows:
