Recently got Lion up and running on my i5 2500k. I plan on using integrated HD3000 for graphics. The system is stable after a full install with only ethernet kext and PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=Yes etc.

The system runs famously until placing the DSDT for my motherboard in the Extra folder. Starting the system up I get a really unresponsive system with a mouse that moves just fine. Interacting with the windows is possible, but any interaction takes place approximately 20 seconds later. Using -x makes the system stable as before but without full resolution. Removing DSDT from /extra does the same.

I've tried doing all the tips from other forum goers with similar problems to no avail.

NO EFFECT:
Disabling PCIRootUID
Running system utilities on Multibeast
Installing MacMan's ethernet driver
Disabling USB3

EFFECT:
Bootflag GraphicsEnabler=No:
System is as responsive as running in safemode, error must have something to Graphics Enabler. Oddly, one time I booted in safemode system ran at full resolution despite being in safemode, not sure why that is.
