Installer stuck on Ventura | B360 | i8400

I have a serious issue when trying to boot the Ventura installer which stops at the attached error:

Can you please give me some advice?
My pc specs are in my profile

EDIT: added my config.plist

CFG lock reads 1 which means you need to disable it in bios or use the quirks in your Plist. I would start there and see if you can boot
