Installer hangs, multiple flags tried i7-2600k

I tried to install Lion, got it installed but get Kernel Panics on boot.

Now i've decided to install SL for now and try and upgrade afterwards.

Motherboard: Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z
CPU: i7-2600k 3.4ghz
4GB Mushkin 1600mhz DDR3

My main GPU is a EVGA nVidia GTX 560Ti but i'm using a GTX 260 (also have a 9600GT on stand by)

With all 3 GPUs I get hangs on the white apple screen or a black screen depending on what flags i try and boot with.

Bios is set to TurboMode Enabled, SpeedStep Enable and MultiThreading Enabled

I'm using Darwin/x86 Boot v5.0.132 - Chameleon v2.0-RC5 r1213 - as iBoot didn't work for me

I've tried a number of different flags and combinations including:
-x -v
cpus=1
GraphicsEnabler=Yes
GraphicsEnabler=No
busratio=34
platform=X86PC
PCIRootUID=1

What about HPET in Bios? Enabled and set to 64bit?

In my BIOS its just "Enabled" no 64 / 32 choices

I managed to get Lion booted (Dont know how, just tried different flags)
Had to switch GFX card to a 9600GT and boot with -v PCIRootUID=1, boots fine once patched with MultiBeast and the GTX560Ti works perfectly now
