Installer Freezes Half Way Through

Can’t get this to install. I see the Apple logo and the progress bar gets to 5/8 of the way across then freezes. Tried resetting and the same thing happens. Stuck. I do find when I restart and get the opening Cloverleaf screen if I tab over to my OS disc it boots up as it was with Sierra. Left to autoboot and it goes into the freeze after the progress bar gets to the same point.

Try installing with just intel gfx selected in bios and use the boards internal HDMI.
