Installed Yosemite 10.1 on a PC. Now I don´t have internet, USB. Nothing..

Hello. I have a problem. I installed Yosemite 10.1 on a PC. i´ts not a mac. I actually managed to install it but now I see you need some programs to configure it (chameleon, multibeast..) How can I get to install and use those programs? It doesn´t let me connect to the Internet, it doesn´t recognize my 2 USB. Please help me!!!!

Now I cant even get into Windows. It says boot0ss error.

I deleted everything inside the pen-drive 3 hours ago. What a mistake! What can I do? I´m stucked..
